Need tips on how to care for your hair? Here are our Wig Commandments
1. Thou shalt not put thy wigs in the dryer.
It's a wig..., not a pair of jeans. Air drying is a way better option.
2. Thou shalt wash thy wig like thou washest thy sins away.
A clean wig is a happy wig. Don’t let her get crunchy. As soon as you do, that hair will start to break off. Use moisturizing products and wash your units every 1-2 weeks.
3. Thou shalt give thy measurements honestly.
A too-tight wig is the hell on earth. Take your times and don't rush the process. Measure twice if you need to.
4. Thou shalt keep thy wig on a stand, not under the sink
What queen do you know that tosses their stuff under the bathroom sink? Invest in your investment by purchasing a styrofoam head.
5. Thou shalt not forget the back of thy head
Sis… people do walk behind you. We ALL know that one spot in the back that gets crazy when we start sweating. Keep it moisturized and detangled regularly.

Refund Policy
• Eligibility Period: Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) business days of delivery
• Documentation Required:
- Clear photographs of the product
- Detailed explanation of concerns
- Proof of delivery date
• Product Condition Requirements:
- Items must be in original, unaltered condition
- Lace must be uncut and clean
- Bundles must remain in original wefts
- No modifications or treatments applied
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Non-Eligible Items:
- Products with cut lace
- Altered or unraveled bundles
- Used or styled products
- Products with evidence of treatment or processing
Revision Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a revision service under the following conditions:
• Eligibility:
- Unit must be returned in clean condition
- Lace must be uncut and unaltered
- Original craftsmanship concerns only
• Process:
- Return shipping to be covered by customer
- Replacement unit will be of equal value
- New unit will be crafted to address specific concerns
