If your product is not as expected and you would like a refund, I must be notified within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) of your actual "Delivered" date. Please notify my TEXT or EMAIL with pictures and an explanation
I will only accept clean, uncut lace, or bundles. If the bundles have been unraveled or altered in any way, I will not process your refund. Shipping cost must be paid by the customer. By purchasing from Bob N Weave, LLC you are agreeing to these terms.
Revisions:
I pride myself on making units that are durable, high quality and beautiful. IF for any reason you find that your unit is not to your standard you can return it (at your own cost) and have a new one remade of EQUAL value. I will only accept clean wigs with uncut lace.
