Package Security & Liability
• Bob N Weave LLC is responsible for products until they enter USPS care
• Once packages are in USPS possession, liability transfers to the carrier
• In case of lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit:
  - Customer must file claims directly with USPS
  - Retain all shipping documentation
  - Contact USPS customer service for resolution
  - Bob N Weave LLC will provide necessary documentation to support your claim
