Refund Policy
• Eligibility Period: Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) business days of delivery
• Documentation Required: 
  - Clear photographs of the product
  - Detailed explanation of concerns
  - Proof of delivery date
• Product Condition Requirements:
  - Items must be in original, unaltered condition
  - Lace must be uncut and clean
  - Bundles must remain in original wefts
  - No modifications or treatments applied
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Non-Eligible Items:
  - Products with cut lace
  - Altered or unraveled bundles
  - Used or styled products
  - Body and Hair Care Products

Revision Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a revision service under the following conditions:

• Eligibility:
  - Unit must be returned in clean condition
  - Lace must be uncut and unaltered
  - Original craftsmanship concerns only
• Process:
  - Return shipping to be covered by customer
  - Replacement unit will be of equal value
  - New unit will be crafted to address specific concerns
